In this session you will view an interactive dialogue on the threats and pressures facing the Project Controls Community – past, present, and future. We will ask you to imagine the dystopian future of project controls and equip you to translate threats into opportunities. 
 
The collaborative nature of this workshop will enable you to learn from other project professionals, share your own frustrations and ideas on how to improve project performance, and leave empowered to harness and apply positive pressure and direction to the project controls practice now and into the future!
